The hood Chef Cryspi SVC 10/14 is designed to clean the air of grease, oil and water vapor to the catering and food industries. The equipment is mounted in the exhaust system and mounted over any kind of heating equipment: stoves, ovens, cabinets, fryers, etc. the Structure is made of imported polished stainless steel AISI 430 0,8 mm thick.

The set includes a removable labyrinth filters, 2 valve oil drain, the pipe under the air duct, chains and hooks for ceiling mounting. Packing: stretch film, corrugated Board and the pallet.
