Installation of flour bolting SEMP UPM-1,5 is used in the baking industry for continuous controlled sifting of wheat and rye flour varieties, mechanization of the process of separation of flour from foreign objects, loosening and aeration of the flour. The machine consists of hopper, mucoproteins W2-HMV and drive. The model is equipped with rare earth magnets, service life is 12 years since the release of mucoproteins.

Flour feeding occurs in the hopper. The separator shaft rotates in the bearing supports, tolerates flour with the help of the auger to the sieve. At the outlet of the sifter installed magnets that catch metal particles. Waste outlet is through the pipe, to which you can attach bag to collect waste. For ease of maintenance in the upper part of the housing is a cover.

In the delivery set includes a mesh of carbon steel with a cell size of 3 mm.
