The stacker-divider SEMP s-CHZ-E-CP used in the baking industry for portion division of dough from wheat, rye-wheat and rye flour into pieces of equal weight and automatic stacking dough pieces in the form of cradles proofing-heating equipment TTF-2, HSP-25, HPA-40 and other performance 12-40 tonnes/day. The equipment carries out the fast cutting of the dough without excessive tearing, pressing and other mechanical influences.
