The divider Sottoriva SVP08-0/R is used on the public catering enterprises, bakeries and confectionary for dividing dough into pieces made of wheat or rye-wheat flour with the rye flour not more than 65% of the quantity of wheat flour and dough humidity of not more than 50-70 %. The model is equipped with lowering kit (R) for subdivision into 2 rows.
Built-in automatic dispenser flour prevents sticking of blanks to the conveyor. The conveyor is driven through a separate motor. Adjusting the weight of the workpiece takes place by the flywheel rotation - the principle of separation is based on the retraction using a vacuum test to ensure minimum stress on the product during processing.
In the scope of delivery includes the enlarged stainless steel hopper with load test at 130 lbs.
