Sirotica ATHOS Sirman is suitable for crushing solid products such as mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, carrots and potatoes. The unit is made of stainless steel AISI 304 and anodized aluminium, the advantages of these metals is that they are acid - and colestock and do not corrode.

Cutting discs are made from purified and tempered steel AISI 420, designed for cutting tools, which is a feature of high wear resistance.

Only for hard cheeses, the device rubs the cheese very finely in the dust!
