Sirotica Santos series 02 is used at the enterprises of public catering and trade for grating cheese, chocolate, dried fruits and peanuts. Housing made of cast aluminum and stainless steel easily removed: it is necessary to unlock the cover, and then remove without the use of special tools for complete cleaning.

The kit included a disk with a diameter of 110 mm stainless steel with holes with a diameter of 3 mm.
