Plate ATESY APSC 9-4-16 Tradition-4 is suitable for preparing a wide range of foods that require heat treatment. The model can be used in the process line, and separately for public catering enterprises.

The working surface of the appliance is equipped with burners of carbon steel, the surface of which guarantees the free movement of pans, pots and other cookware. Each burner is provided with 2 heating elements that provide uniform heat distribution over its surface. If required, burners can be easily removed from the surface plate, which greatly facilitates the process of carrying out repairs. Oven heating elements 2, arranged in its upper and lower parts, temperature adjustment which can be carried out independent from each other.

The set includes GN: GN 2/1x20 — 2, GN 2/1h40 — 1 PC.
