Gas rotary oven Monofi MDF 200 is used in the food industry, bakeries and confectionary for bakery and confectionery products. Built-in fans provide uniform air distribution inside the chamber, which saves electricity by 40%.

Shelf trolley, which is loaded into the oven, rotating throughout the baking process (rotation). The equipment is 70% made of stainless steel and other materials - heat-resistant glass and chrome-Nickel alloy. Lighting lamps located on the door camera, you can easily change the outside.

It is recommended to use softened water. On customer request can be installed an automatic system to maintain temperature and steam.
