Convection oven UNOX XFT 183 series LineMiss is designed for bakery and pastry, suitable for all types of frying, baking, bread, cakes, and quick heating of frozen foods and products in vacuum packing at the enterprises of public catering and trade.

The modes of baking:

• Convection 30-260 °C
• Convection + steam-90 to 260 °C

Air distribution in the chamber:

• AIR.Plus: fan with reversible movement

Climate control, in-camera cooking:

• DRY.Plus: fast withdrawal of moisture from the camera
• STEAM.Plus: manual feed humidity into the camera

Helper functions:

• Protek. SAFEтм: maximum thermal efficiency and safety (external surfaces and the glass door not heated)
• Visualization of the residual baking time

Door opening:
