Convection oven Smeg ALFA 45 MFPGN is intended for baking of bakery and confectionery products and cooking various dishes in the food industry, public catering and trade. Mechanical ventilation allows you to evenly distribute heat in the chamber.

The body is made of stainless steel, enameled refractory stone on the bottom.

Trays and Gastronorm containers in the kit are not included.
