Convection oven OZTI OKFE 102 is used for baking confectionery and bakery products, and products from frozen dough at the enterprises of public catering and in the production shops, which activity is connected with production of gastronomic products.

The insulated oven chamber prevents heat loss. The four position switch allowing selection of cooking mode: steam or without it. A digital thermostat makes temperature control inside the furnace. A safety switch automatically stops cooking when the door is opened the device.
