Steamer EKF UD Tecnoeka 711 Evolution series is designed to prepare wide range of dishes: meat, fish, poultry, seafood, vegetables, side dishes and pastries in catering and in the production shops, which activity is connected with production of gastronomic products. The device allows simultaneous cooking several dishes at once without mixing their smells and tastes.

Improved control panel device allows easy adjustment of temperature, cooking time and frequency of injection. The oven offers several options for the climate work of the inner chamber: from dry-heat to the maximum humidity and Vice versa. Interior lights and a wide double heat-resistant glass in the hinged door allows you to observe the process of cooking without opening the door.
