Slicer Nemco N55100E mounted on any flat surface and is designed for slicing vegetables such as: onion, potato, celery, peppers, cubes pizza, soups, salads, etc.

The product cut twice: first the vegetable passes through the grid, is then cut by a rotating knife, sharp as a razor. This unique system "without tears" keeps the juice and flavour of sliced vegetable. The onion is cut 5 times faster than manually. The device is made from stainless steel, cast aluminum and plastic.

Sharp as a razor, blades, gratings made of stainless steel. At the end of the unit is set movable guard to prevent splashing of juice of vegetables when cutting. Slicer is easily dismantled for cleaning. The device is intended for long-term commercial use.
