Vegetable cutter Electrolux Professional TRS used at the enterprises of public catering on 100-400 seats (corporate table) to 800 seats (the catering) for slicing vegetables and later use them as ingredients for salads, garnishes, pickles, chips, and more. A wide selection of cutting discs and grids allows you to quickly and easily process the vegetables. All food contact parts are made of stainless steel or plastic.

The kit includes ejector, hopper for long vegetables (diam. 60 mm) and a large round hopper (215 cm2).
