Slicer Aurea TV80 used to catering for slicing raw and cooked vegetables and other products. Using this model it is possible to cut the vegetables into cubes and strips with a size up to 10x10x10 mm, discs for slicing larger than HH mm are not suitable. The bunker is equipped with two holes for slicing large amounts of food and for slicing elongated products (cucumbers, carrots).

The equipment is equipped with asynchronous motor. The machine starts automatically when lowering of the pusher hopper. Engine compartment is made of steel, covered with polymeric enamel, cast hopper lid - aluminium alloy with surface passivated titanium, hinged pusher - cast aluminum, the buttons on / off switch - stainless steel AISI 304.

In the scope of delivery includes drive ejector, and a set of 5 disks (F2, F4, J2, L2,5 and kit 10x10).
