Mucoperiostal SEMP the IPA-1,5 is used in the baking industry for the controlled continuous sifting of the flour of wheat and rye varieties. The model is equipped with rare earth magnets, service life is 12 years since the release of mucoproteins.

The supply of flour is due to the use of the transportation system based on the flexible auger into the inlet of the sifter. From one side, the motor rotates the shaft of the separator, on the other hand it rotates in the bearing support. Next, the flour is transferred via a screw conveyor into the sieve. Inside the sieve rotates the agitator informing the flour axial and radial movement relative to the sieve. At the outlet of the sifter installed magnets that catch metal particles. Waste outlet is through the pipe, to which you can attach bag to collect waste. For ease of maintenance in the upper part of the housing is a cover.

In the delivery set includes a mesh of carbon steel with a cell size of 3 mm. On request, the sieve and the material can be changed, and the type of sieves on a sheet of expanded metal. Additionally, you can order the control panel frame and an adapter for other process equipment.
