Module for plates ATESY Regatta is used to store plates and saucers at an optimum feed temperature. The device can be used in the distribution lines, as well as separately for the catering.

Heating of the plates is carried out by electric Heaters. A special platform for storage of plates equipped with a spring mechanism that holds above the surface of the working surface only a few pieces of plates, while the rest of the utensils located in the heated volume. The plates are raised automatically as you use them. The module allows you to share plates of various diameters that is provided movable stops.
