Planetary mixer Starmix PL20B2VS serves for kneading different dough, cheese and minced meat, as well as for whipping cream, mousses and pureeing, sauces and cocktails. The pastry can be shortcrust, puff, choux, yeast, biscuit, and can be used for baking bagels, breads, pizza, cookies, etc.

Kneading the body rotates around its axis and the axis of the bowl, thereby ensuring the receipt of homogeneous mass. The mixer is equipped with a handle for lifting the bowl. The body is made of painted steel.

The control is with the aid of electro-mechanical panels with push-buttons, emergency stop, timer and speed controller. You can load products without stopping the operation of the mixer thanks to a protective metal grille.

The set includes a whisk, spatula and hook.
