Description
Planetary mixer KitchenAid 5KSM7990XEWH serves for kneading different dough and for whipping creams, mousses and pureeing, sauces and cocktails. The pastry can be shortcrust, choux, sponge, and can be used for baking bagels, breads, pizza, cookies.
The equipment has low levels of noise and vibration. Kneading the body rotates around its axis and the axis of the bowl, thereby ensuring the receipt of homogeneous mass. All-metal casing coated with colored enamel, and the details of the mechanism are made of steel.
The front of the actuator is equipped with space for additional attachments that can be purchased and turn the mixer to a food processor.
