Machine Deighton EconoCrumb 200 is used for the application of dry breading in the manufacture of semi-finished products in the food industry. The machine works with all factions breading mixtures: from flour to spices coarse grinding.

Progress: The product is transported by a mesh conveyor and is transferred to the bottom layer of breading. Further, the product is sprinkled with breadcrumbs from the top of the hopper. The thickness of the upper layer is adjusted manually. Excess breading is blown away by the fan and will return again in the circulation system.
