The bowl cutter Robot Coupe R45 is used for grinding of fish and meat stuffing, hard cheeses, herbs, cooking sauces, mayonnaise, soufflé, guacamole, mixing oil, curds, desserts, crushing nuts, dried apricots, and also for kneading the dough and custard and shortcrust pastry.

The apparatus is supplied with asynchronous motor, 3 knife with removable blades, sealed polycarbonate lid and scraper. The control panel has a timer and the mode button pulse. Bowl is removable and tilts when you press the lever for emptying and cleaning effortless. The casing has 3 legs and is made of stainless steel.
