The bread slicer Sunrise CAIMAN used in the food industry, bakeries and pastry for fast and qualitative cutting of different varieties and shapes of bread and baked goods pieces in large quantities. The model is equipped with the transporters and foster pressure. The cutting mechanism has a framework construction,by means of counter-reciprocating motion of the two frames defined therein knives. Veneer casing is made of stainless steel.
