The shape of the heating elements follows the dimensions of the grid. This design prevents the ingress of grease on the heating elements. To reduce emissions to air of products of thermal decomposition of fats and increase the humidity in the zone of preparation of the product in the tank below the burner is filled with water. 3-way shutters protect from splashes produced during roasting. The water level can be refilled through a special funnel without removing the upper grille. Safety thermostat turns off the heat automatically if water tank is empty.
