Фритюрница OZTI OFEI 4070

Fryer OZTI OFEI 4070 is designed for cooking different foods in lots of oil at the enterprises of public catering, and also in the workshops, the production of which is associated with the manufacture of culinary products.

The device is equipped with a seamless tank for frying. Built-in thermostat allows you to easily adjust the temperature of the oil. Special tube with pressing-turn safety mechanism, located on the front panel, makes the process of draining of oil extremely easy.

All exterior panels of the fryers and burners made of durable stainless steel tank - AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded corners for easy cleaning and improve hygiene. Robotic welding on the top of the tank gives it a continuous seal.

The kit includes a full-sized basket for the tank.
