Fryer Kocateg PFE16 is suitable for preparing chicken, potatoes, fish, shrimp, lobsters, all kinds of vegetables, mushrooms, meat on the ribs and steaks in a large amount of oil or fat in restaurants, fast-food outlets and other catering companies. The model is equipped with a mechanical control panel with temperature and timer cooking.

Plastic feet with a height of 2.5 cm must be ordered separately.
