Fryer INOKSAN INO-7FG221 is used for roasting meat, poultry or vegetables in large amounts of oil or fat. Deep fryer is a part of heat Perfect 700 line, but are also suitable for installation of island type.

Durable housing made of high quality stainless steel 18/8 Cr-Ni ensures durability of the equipment even under extreme loads.

Features:

• Wire basket with handle, covered by protection plugs
• The oil sump with cooling zone
• Tilting heating elements for easy cleaning and maintenance
• Autophagy
• In the case of extinction of the flame the gas valve will automatically cut the gas supply
• Can be used LPG or natural gas, the conversion happens without any modification (only by changing the injector)
• Bottom is a ball valve, 3/4" for oil drain from the tank
• Cabinet for equipment
