Fryer ATESY f-2x1/2-e ALENT is used for cooking a wide range of products in plenty of hot oil and grease. The unit is designed for use at home and at public catering enterprises with medium traffic.

The housing is equipped with 2 type GN containers GN 1/2. Two unit heating control allows independent temperature control of oil in the baths of the instrument. Heat deep-frying is done by heating elements. The body and all parts of the unit are made of high quality food grade stainless steel.

The set includes 2 frying mesh to load products in the bath and 2 shovels for mixing products inside the bath.
