Fryer ATESY Cheburechnaya-mini-M is intended for cooking different foods in lots of oil at the enterprises of public catering.

The control unit consists of electrothermometry and PETN. The thermostat is designed to maintain the desired oil temperature. Ten stainless steel heats oil and provides long uninterrupted operation in the temperature mode.

The body and tub of the fryer made of stainless steel. Tub is equipped with a valve for draining waste oil.

In the delivery set includes culinary tweezers.
