Fryer ATESY Cheburechnaya-M is designed for cooking various food products in hot oil (deep-fried) and can be used in restaurants, bars, cafes and mobile catering points. It is a frying tub placed on the rear wall of the housing of the control unit, which includes electrothermomechanical and PETN (tubular electric heater).

The thermoregulator is designed for maintaining in the bath a predetermined frying oil temperature. Heating element heats oil and capable of long and trouble-free operation in the temperature mode. It is made of stainless steel, and its length and computational power allow us to provide high quality of deep-frying, because exclude the possibility of opacification of the deep fat and the occurrence of smell and of bitter taste in it. Frying tub is made of stainless steel.

In the delivery set includes culinary tweezers.
