Fryer ATESY AFA-9-2-15/380 Tradition-2008 is suitable for preparing a wide range of dishes in a large amount of oil or fat. The unit can be used in the process line, as well as separately for the catering.

Each bath device is equipped with a folding unit Heaters (3 Heaters in each unit) and a lid to prevent splashing of oil. The working bath of the instrument is divided into 2 zones: the hot and cold. In the cold zone maintained at a lower temperature, which allows you to use the fat for over a long period of time, as well as to collect and remove particles separated from the food you are preparing.

The front part of the fryer Osasuna spacious niche in which you can store utensils, kitchen equipment and food dry. Optionally, the front part can be supplemented with two swing doors and stainless steel plinth which prevents the ingress of dirt under the module.
