Blixer Robot Coupe Blixer 2 is used to purée meat, fish, vegetables and fruits, soups, cream dressings, sauces in hospitals, hotels, restaurants, sanatoriums, nursing homes, kitchens, as well as for milling plants, seeds, tablets, powders, mixing-homogenization, and the manufacture of creams, pastes, ointments in the pharmaceutical and chemical laboratories.

The apparatus is a blender and a cutter-mixer in one. Its design includes a stainless steel bowl with handle, airtight lid with seal, high margin for large volume of liquids, scraper, 2-piece serrated knife with a removable cap.
